All The Way My Saviour Leads Me 1. All the way my Saviour leads me; What have I to ask beside? Can I doubt His tender mercy, Who through life has been my Guide? Heav’nly peace, divinest comfort, Here by faith in Him to dwell! For I know, whate’er befall me, Jesus doeth all things well; For I know, whate’er befall me, Jesus doeth all things well. 2. All the way my Saviour leads me, Cheers each winding path I tread; Gives me grace for every trial, Feeds me with the living Bread. Though my weary steps may falter, And my soul athirst may be, Gushing from the Rock before me, Lo! A spring of joy I see; Gushing from the Rock before me, Lo! A spring of joy I see. 3. All the way my Saviour leads me O the fullness of His love! Perfect rest to me is promised In my Father’s house above. When my spirit, clothed immortal, Wings its flight to realms of day This my song through endless ages Jesus led me all the way; This my song through endless ages Jesus led me all the way.

2

Amazing Grace 1. Amazing grace! How sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me! I once was lost, but now am found; Was blind, but now I see. 2. ‘Twas grace that taught my heart to fear, And grace my fears relieved; How precious did that grace appear The hour I first believed! 3. Through many dangers, toils and snares, I have already come; ‘Tis grace hath brought me safe thus far, And grace will lead me home. 4. When we’ve been there ten thousand years, Bright shining as the sun, We’ve no less days to sing Gods praise Than when we’d first begun.

3

Be Still, My Soul 1. Be still, my soul: the Lord is on thy side. Bear patiently the cross of grief or pain. Leave to thy God to order and provide; In every change, He faithful will remain. Be still, my soul: thy best, thy heavenly Friend Through thorny ways leads to a joyful end. 2. Be still, my soul: thy God doth undertake To guide the future, as He has the past. Thy hope, thy confidence let nothing shake; All now mysterious shall be bright at last. Be still, my soul: the waves and winds still know His voice Who ruled them while He dwelt below. 3. Be still, my soul: the hour is hast’ning on When we shall be forever with the Lord. When disappointment, grief and fear are gone, Sorrow forgot, love’s purest joys restored. Be still, my soul: when change and tears are past All safe and blessed we shall meet at last.

4

Constantly Abiding 1. There’s a peace in my heart that the world never gave, A peace it cannot take away; Though the trials of life may surround like a cloud, I’ve a peace that has come there to stay! Chorus Constantly abiding, Jesus is mine; Constantly abiding, rapture divine; He never leaves me lonely, whispers, O so kind: I will never leave thee, Jesus is mine. 2. All the world seemed to sing of a Saviour and King, When peace sweetly came to my heart; Troubles all fled away and my night turned to day, Blessed Jesus, how glorious Thou art! 3. This treasure I have in a temple of clay, While here on His footstool I roam; But He’s coming to take me some glorious day, Over there to my heavenly home!

5

God Will Take Care of You 1. Be not dismayed whate’er betide, God will take care of you; Beneath His wings of love abide, God will take care of you. Chorus God will take care of you, Through every day, o’er all the way; He will take care of you, God will take care of you. 2. Through days of toil when heart doth fail, God will take care of you; When dangers fierce your path assail, God will take care of you. 3. All you may need He will provide, God will take care of you; Nothing you ask will be denied, God will take care of you. 4. No matter what may be the test, God will take care of you; Lean, weary one, upon His breast, God will take care of you.

6

He Giveth More Grace 1. He giveth more grace when the burdens grow greater; He sendeth more strength when the labors increase. To added affliction He addeth His mercy; To multiplied trials, His multiplied peace. Chorus His love has no limit; His grace has no measure; His pow’r has no boundary known unto men. For out of His infinite riches in Jesus, He giveth, and giveth, and giveth again! 2. When we have exhausted our store of endurance, When our strength has failed ere the day is half done, When we reach the end of our hoarded resources, Our Father’s full giving is only begun.

7

Leaning on the Everlasting Arms 1. What a fellowship, what a joy divine, Leaning on the everlasting arms; What a blessedness, what a peace is mine, Leaning on the everlasting arms. Chorus Leaning, leaning, safe and secure from all alarms; Leaning, leaning, leaning on the everlasting arms. 2. O how sweet to walk in this pilgrim way, Leaning on the everlasting arms; O how bright the path grows from day to day, Leaning on the everlasting arms. 3. What have I to dread, what have I to fear, Leaning on the everlasting arms; I have blessed peace with my Lord so near, Leaning on the everlasting arms.

8

The Lily of the Valley 1. I have found a friend in Jesus He’s everything to me, He’s the fairest of ten thousand to my soul; The Lily of the Valley in Him alone I see All I need to cleanse and make me fully whole. In sorrow He’s my comfort, In trouble He’s my stay, He tells me every care on Him to roll; (Hallelujah!) 2. Chorus He’s the Lily of the Valley, the Bright and Morning Star, He’s the fairest of ten thousand to my soul. 3. He all my griefs has taken and all my sorrows borne, In temptation He’s my strong and mighty tow’r; I have all for Him forsaken and all my idols torn From my heart, and now He keeps me by His pow’r. Tho all the world forsake me And Satan tempt me sore, Thru Jesus I shall safely reach the goal; (Hallelujah!) 4. He will never, never leave me nor yet forsake me here, While I live by faith and do His blessed will; A wall of fire about me, I’ve nothing now to fear With His manna He my hungry soul shall fill. Then sweeping up to glory, I’ll see His blessed face, Where rivers of delight shall ever roll; (Hallelujah!)

9

Meet Me There 1. On the happy, golden shore, where the faithful part no more, When the storms of life are over, meet me there; Where the night dissolves away into pure and perfect day, I am going home to stay, meet me there. Chorus Meet me there, meet me there, Where the tree of life is blooming, meet me there; When the storms of life are o’er, on the happy golden shore, Where the faithful part no more, meet me there. 2. Here our fondest hopes are vain, dearest links are rent in twain, But in Heav’n no throb of pain, meet me there; By the river sparkling bright in the city of delight, Where our faith is lost in sight, meet me there. 3. Where the harps of angels ring, and the blest forever sing, In the palace of the King, meet me there; Where in sweet communion blend heart with heart and friend with friend, In a world that ne’er shall end, meet me there.

10

Moment by Moment

1. Dying with Jesus, by death reckoned mine; Living with Jesus, a new life divine; Looking to Jesus till glory doth shine, Moment by moment, O Lord, I am Thine. Chorus Moment by moment I’m kept in His love; Moment by moment I’ve life from above; Looking to Jesus till glory doth shine; Moment by moment, O Lord, I am Thine. 2. Never a trial that He is not there, Never a burden that He doth not bear, Never a sorrow that He doth not share, Moment by moment, I’m under His care. 3. Never a heartache, and never a groan, Never a teardrop and never a moan; Never a danger but there on the throne, Moment by moment He thinks of His own. 4. Never a weakness that He doth not feel, Never a sickness that He cannot heal; Moment by moment, in woe or in weal, Jesus my Saviour, abides with me still.

11

We Have an Anchor

1. Will your anchor hold in the storms of life, When the clouds unfold their wings of strife? When the strong tides lift and the cables strain, Will your anchor drift, or firm remain? Chorus We have an anchor that keeps the soul Steadfast and sure while the billows roll, Fastened to the Rock which cannot move, Grounded firm and deep in the Saviour’s love. 2. It is safely moored, twill the storm withstand, For ‘tis well secured by the Saviour’s hand; Though the tempest rave and the wild winds blow, Not an angry wave shall our bark o’erflow. 3. When our eyes behold through the gath’ring night The city of gold, our harbour bright, We shall anchor fast by the heav’nly shore, With the storms all past forevermore.

12

Yesterday Today Forever

1. O how sweet the glorious message simple faith may claim Yesterday, today, forever Jesus is the same. Still He loves to save the sinful, heal the sick and lame Cheer the mourner, calm the tempest, glory to His Name. Chorus Yesterday, today, forever, Jesus is the same. All may change, but Jesus never! Glory to His Name! Glory to His Name! Glory to His Name! All may change, but Jesus never! Glory to His Name! 2. He who pardoned erring Peter never need’st thou fear, He who came to faithless Thomas all thy doubt will clear, He who let the loved disciple on His bosom rest Bids thee still, with love as tender, lean upon His breast. 3. He who ‘mid the raging billows walked upon the sea Still can hush our wildest tempest, as on Galilee; He who wept and prayed in anguish in Gethsemane Drinks with us each cup of trembling, in our agony. 4. As of old He walked to Emmaus, with them to abide So through all life’s way He walketh ever near our side Soon again shall we behold Him, Hasten, Lord, the day But ‘twill still be “this same Jesus” as He went away.

13

His name shall be the Counsellor, The mighty Prince of Peace, Of all earth’s kingdom’s Conqueror Whose reign shall never cease.

15

God is Still on the Throne

1. Have you started for glory and heaven, Have you left this old world far behind; In your heart is the Comforter dwelling, Can you say “Praise the Lord, He is mine;” Have the ones that once walked on the highway, Gone back, and you seem all alone? Keep your eyes on the prize, For the home in the skies, God is still on the throne. Chorus God is still on the throne And He will remember His own; Though trials may press us and burdens distress us, He never will leave us alone; God is still on the throne, He never forsaketh His own; His promise is true, He will not forget you, God is still on the throne. 2. Burdened soul, is your heart growing weary With the toil and the heat of the day; Does it seem that your path is more thorny, As you journey along on life’s way? Go away and in secret before Him Tell your grief to the Saviour alone; He will lighten your care, For He still answers prayer, God is still on the throne. 3. You may live in a tent or a cottage, Unnoticed by those who pass by; But a mansion for you He is building

In that beautiful city on high; It will outshine the wealth and the splendour Of the richest on earth we have known; He’s the Architect true, And He’s building for you; God is still on the throne. 4. He is coming again, is the promise To disciples when He went away; In like manner as He has gone from you, You will see Him returning some day; Does His tarrying cause you to wonder, Does it seem He’s forgotten His own? His promise is true, He is coming for you; God is still on the throne.

The grave shall then be swallowed up in victory; King Jesus will prevail, and death shall die. 2. Chorus I shall see the King in His beauty, Shining forth in brilliant light. Be strong and of a good courage, Fear not, nor be afraid of them: For the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; He will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. Thou shalt keep them, O LORD, Thou shalt preserve them from this generation for ever.

God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, Though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea. Before the mountains were brought forth, Or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, Even from everlasting to everlasting, Thou art God. He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty, I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: My God; in him will I trust.
