Attention Seniors: Homecoming Court Voting starts today! Check your email (you might even need to check your spam) and you should see an email from Mrs. Van Hekken with a link to vote via SurveyMonkey. Voting will be open until the end of seminar tomorrow. We highly encourage you to vote using your Chromebooks. Attention students: Do you have a parent or family member that is a nurse, physical therapist, or has some sort of career in medicine? The counseling team is looking for a representative in one of these professions to participate in this year's senior conference. Please contact Mrs. Beckett for more details! . Juniors and Seniors: The Powder Puff Game has been scheduled for October 26! Permission slips and jersey order forms are now available in the 1st floor office, all participants musts have a completed permission slip turned back in to the office by Monday, October 2 to play. Do you dream of seeing the Eiffel Tower, eating a crepe while strolling the streets of Paris, touring a medieval village in the Pyrenees Mountains, or basking in the sun on the beaches of the French Riviera? If so, there will be an informational meeting for anyone interested in going on the France 2018 trip in Mrs. Callendar's room (218) on Tuesday, September 26 at 7pm. Students must complete at least French 1 before attending the France trip. Please see Mrs. Callendar for details.
Mrs. Fischer has planned a trip to see Les Miserables downtown on Tuesday, November 21. Tickets are $52 and must be paid in full to reserve your seat. We need to give a final count soon for what is going to be a sold out show. Please see Mrs. Fischer in room 167 for more information. Beginning October 1, written announcements will only be published on Tuesday and Friday of each week.
GUIDANCE OFFICE NEWS: Juniors and Seniors: You will now be notified and can view upcoming college visits on your Family Connection site. On the homepage and under the colleges tab. You will still need to do the actual signing up on the google form sent out by Mrs. Wolf about a week ahead of each visit.

Does life ever get you feeling overwhelmed? The Anxiety Resource Center is here to help. The A.R.C. is hosting a weekly anxiety support group every Wednesday from 4:30-5:45. It's a laid back setting to help you learn how to manage anxiety surrounded by others who get it. If you'd like more information, please see Ms. Koza in C26B. UPCOMING FUNDRAISERS: SENIOR PARTY FUNDRAISER! Join us Wednesday, Sept. 27 at BIG BOY on Wilson from 4:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. BIG BOY will donate 100% of the profit to our Senior All Night Party. Print the f lyer, or download it to your phone to present it to the wait staff. You must have the f lyer in order for us to receive the funds. The dinner special for next Wednesday is their all-you-can-eat Taco, Soup, and Salad Bar. That sounds delicious! Can't wait! I wonder if they have their fall pies available yet? Mmmmm...pie!
ATHLETICS: Grandville equestrian team finished 3rd in their division. This was the 1st year and the lady Dawgs did great. Team consists of: Claire Clinger, Brooke Berndt, Corrin Adams, Rachel Malone, and Lucy VanDyke.
