Medical Director & Surgical Specialist Tappahannock Women's Center, Riverside Medical Group 2006-2011 The only full time specialist providing women's healthcare in a rural, under-resourced region of Virginia, Reestablished services that had been unavailable to residents for over eight years & introduced new services including preventative care, patient-centered wellness program, skincare line, & aesthetic services. Developed marketing & public health campaigns, tripled practice size in first year of practice, & grew staff from 1.5 to 3 FTEs in two years.
