Engineered to Meet the Highest Standards from Backing Plate to Burnish Strips
High grade Q235B steel backing plates provide over 54,000 psi of yield strength. That’s strong enough to support an unladen tractor trailer on every inch! GoldForce® Reinforced Integrated Mesh systems, dramatically increase shear strength while creating a noise dampener.
Positive molded friction process ensures denser friction for longer life, and perfected brake geometry for quieter brakes.
GoldForce KVX air disc pads are manufactured with high quality backing plates, and supported with a stainless steel Reinforced Integrated Mesh (RIM) system to increase shear strength.
Burnish strips made of resin and fine grit abrasives are used to create a microfinish on every rotor during burnishing. This increases brake and rotor life, while reducing noise.
Complete With OE-Grade Hardware GoldForce® KVX™ air disc pads are built with high quality backing plates to withstand more than 54,000 psi of yield strength. To ensure the highest quality shear strength, every GoldForce® KVX™ air disc

pad is built with our quality Reinforced Integrated Mesh (RIM) system. Finally, every pad is finished with burnish strips that reduce noise, vibration and harshness (NVH), and seat the pads to the rotor during burnishing.
