Grand Canyon Trip Fundraising Letters In order to raise money for the 7th Grade Grand Canyon Trip, please encourage your child to send out fundraising letters. This is a great way for family, friends, and community members to contribute money towards the trip. I have included a letter template; all your child needs to do is fill-in the missing information. Donors can give by paying directly into your child’s account by visiting the Help Fund Me Link (given once registered), sending a check, or by using tax credits (information included).

Instructions: 1. Make copies of the fundraising letter, tax credit information sheet, and tax credit form (or get them from Mr. Powers). 2. Fill-in the date, student name, address, recipient line, donation link*, and signature. 3. Fold the letter, pre-addressed envelope, tax credit info sheet, and the tax credit form into an envelope. 4. Send out to family, friends, and community members.

*Donation link (Help Fund Me Link) can be found near the payment tab once your register. This link can be copied onto the letter, shared via social media, or sent out in an email. This link will allow a donor to make a payment directly into your child’s account.
