Dear Parent, The GRASP program is a summer math and reading correspondence program for grades Kindergarten to 8th. Children receive a packet of materials with a booklet containing 9 lessons. They complete one lesson a week or work at their own pace. They mail the lessons to GRASP where they are scored and returned to the children with comments. We also have an on-line version of GRASP for students in 4th to 8th Grade. Children successfully completing at least 7 lessons with 70% accuracy are awarded a certificate. Those successfully completing all 9 lessons with 70% accuracy receive a medal. The fees for the summer of 2017 are $38 for one subject or $63 for both subjects for each child. Each child should be placed at the grade just completed in school. If there are extenuating circumstances, order the level that is appropriate for your child. There are two ways to enroll: 1) Go to www.grps.org/grasp to pay online or to sign up for on-line GRASP. 2) Or complete the enrollment form below and mail or fax it to 616-819-2545. Materials will be mailed in June.
