5. Conclusion According to achievements in terms of both economic and diplomacy were obtained
in recent years, Vietnam has attracted the investment of multinational corporations, such as: Samsung Group, Sumitomo Group, Mitsubishi Group, Intel, LG Electronic,
Formosa, etc with the project of large-scale production, is to turn Vietnam into a new production center of the world. A basic principle in the global supply chain is a multinational corporations to invest where the supply companies will invest according to it. Therefore, Vietnam is strongly attracting investment from other supply multinational
corporations and this is also a prerequisite for the development of
