GUARANTEE If you have purchased a swimming pool with a Christal Pool filtration system the structure of the pool, including the filtration system (excluding cartridges and plastic sleeves), is guaranteed by the manufacturer, Christal Pools (International), for a period of 10 years. The structure for Permalife pools is guaranteed by Permalife for a period of 50 years. The structure for Kafco pools is guaranteed by Seablue for a period of 10 years. The structure for all other pools is guaranteed by SARL Piscine-Plus.Com for a period of 10 years. The Bloc Filtrant filtration system is guaranteed by Filtrinov for a period of 2 years. The pool pump carries the manufacturer’s guarantee, normally 2 years. The Roman End is guaranteed for leaks for 10 years and for colour, 4 years. The liner carries the manufacturer’s 10 year digressive guarantee. The security covers carry the manufacturer’s 3 year digressive guarantee. Security cover mechanical parts carry the manufacturer’s 6 month guarantee. The summer & winter covers carry the manufacturer’s guarantee, normally 2 or 3 years. All guarantees are valid from the date of the pool installation, this being the date when the pool is ‘signed off’ by the purchaser. Any guarantee only applies to normal pool usage. The liner guarantee is dependent on the version but is limited to 32°C or 33°C water temperature. The pool structure guarantee do not apply if the structure is affected by land movements, water ingress, lack of drainage or any other conditions that were not made apparent by the purchaser at the time of the pool order.
