Expect weekly communications, market updates and showing feedback. Offer submissions will be reviewed with you, our team will negotiate and assist you with the execution of the purchase agreement. 

DUE DILLEGENCE

Coordinate buyer inspections, appraisal & negotiate and help facilitate repairs. We will review a Net to Seller Worksheet with you upon acceptance. We will work with the title company to obtain pre-closing information. Updates on buyer loan approval. Schedule closing.
