No. PF-27/48923.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 (8 of 1975), the Governor of Haryana hereby exempts all such persons who submit licence application for any site for grant of licence under the Affordable Housing Policy 2013 under Section 3 of the Act, from payment of licence fees and infrastructure development charges as well as limit the recovery of external development charges by the Director at the rates prescribed for plotted colony, subject to submission of an undertaking by such person conveying unequivocal acceptance of all terms, conditions and policy parameters prescribed under the ‘Affordable Housing Policy 2013’. Further, if the colonizer completes the project in three and a half year from the date of commencement of project and applies for grant of occupation certificate in such period, the payment of last installment of external development charges shall be considered for exemption after grant of occupation certificate.
