Initially contract will be for a period of one year & can be extended based on the needs of the organization & on satisfactory performance upto the age of 65 years. Refer Annexure

Date of Reckoning

The cut-off date for reckoning eligibility shall be 04/10/2017.

Emoluments

Refer table in Annexure. In case of retired Central/State Govt employee, the monthly emoluments shall be so fixed that the sum total of monthly emolument and pension received does not exceed the last pay drawn by the concerned individual.

 The reimbursement of conveyance expenses for local travel for official purposes shall be paid @ 15% of the monthly emolument.  Unfurnished Company’s accommodation at normal rent and electricity, subject to availability. House Rent Allowance @ 10% of the Monthly Emolument shall be payable where housing accommodation is not provided by HCL/MCP.

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineer OR Matric or equivalent with ITI in Fitter/Mechanic/Machinist /Welder/ Diesel mechanic trade. 2. The candidate should have experience in repair & maintenance of HEME preferably in Dozer, Excavator, and Shovel etc. in large open cast mines. OR The candidate should have experience in Maintenance of heavy duty crusher, Bowl mill, ceramic filter, slurry pumps and all other allied mineral processing equipments.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR Matric or equivalent with ITI in (Electrician/ Lineman /Wireman /Armature Winder/Auto Electrician) and must possess valid Electrical Supervisory Certificate of Competency. 2. Experience should be in large mechanized mine/process industry in the repair & maintenance of electrical equipment like Electrical Shovel, Drill, repair and maintenance of switch gear control panel, motors etc., transmission & distribution systems, Electrical Repair shop.

1. Minimum qualifications:- The candidate should pass VIIIth standard and posses ITI(Fitter/Mechanic /Machinist/Welder). 2. Experience should be in operation (Floatation cell, grinding, filter & pump operation) & maintenance in a process industry, preferably in ore crushing & concentrator plants. 1. Minimum qualifications:- The candidate should pass VIIIth standard and posses ITI(Elect)/ NCTVT(Elect) certificate. 2. The applicant must possess valid licence from Govt. Elect. Inspectorate. 3. Experience should be in a large mechanized mine/process industry in the repair & maintenance of electrical equipment/ in the operation, repair and maintenance of switch gear control panel etc. in sub-station, transmission & distribution systems 4. Persons having the above mentioned experience stated at point 3 in a large mechanized Open cast mines of any Registered company/firm will be given more weightage. 1. The candidate should pass VIIIth standard and should posses ITI (Mech/Elect/Auto Electrical)/NCTVT (Mech./Elect/Auto Electrical). 2. Experience should be in repair and maintenance of auto electrical parts & assemblies of HEME like Hydraulic Excavator and dumpers etc. in large open cast mines. 1.

The candidate should pass VIIIth standard and should posses ITI(Machinist/Turner) Experience should be in machinist trade in a large workshop preferably in operating of boring machine, milling machine, slotter, lethe machine etc. a large mechanized mining industry.
