Heart For Misha   I envision this heart always as tatted in blue. It is named for my Burmilla, Misha the Cat, 1996-2011. I would love to see it tatted in many different colours by YOU! This heart was tatted using #40 Lizbeth thread. Beads are optional and are attached to a picot.

Original Heart For Misha Ch – Chain dnr – do not reverse JK Josephine Knot LR – Large Ring – picot R - ring rw – reverse work sep – separated by SLT shoe-lace trick SR – Small Ring SS - switch shuttles Doodad - a finding measuring 3/4” that can be round or square. You could also use a four-hole button of the same measurement, or a carbone ring covered with thread and having 4picots. This pattern can be completed using beads or no beads between the small rings – whatever you prefer. If you do not use a doodad, you can use a SCMR and three thrown rings followed by a split ring, or you can use a split ring in the centre to begin. I always tat this pattern in blue to accentuate the heart shape and the ‘tears’ on the side. I designed and dedicated it in memory of my Burmilla, Misha the Cat, (1996-2011). st
