Warm up 5 mins on favourite cardio machine 500m on rower 1 min skipping Heart Starter 10 repetitions of each for 2 rounds: Jump squats Burpees Push Ups Plank on elbows, alternating side reach with arm Getting stronger 3 rounds, 1 minute rest between rounds: Dumbbell squat and press x12 Dumbbell plank with alternate one arm row x10 each side Dumbbell Russian Twist x 15 each side Switch lunge x10 each side Box jumps x 12 Tabata finisher 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 4 rounds: Back row with barbell Back squat with barbell Shoulder press with barbell Straight leg deadlift with barbell
