You will receive a confirmation email within 1 working day to confirm your order. You will also receive a phone call within 7 days, confirming your pickup date. 3. Come to WISE COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD for redemption Pickup address: Shop 209, 2/F, Mongkok Computer Centre, 8-8A Nelson Street, Mongkok, Kowloon (Opening hours: Mon – Sun; 1:00pm – 8:00pm) Bank-in / ATM payment: Bring along with true copy of bank-in slip / ATM receipt and Student / staff / alumni ID documents EPS / Full payment by credit card / Credit card installment*: Bring along with your ID documents to pay and pick up. *Only HSBC and DBS credit card are accepted for credit card installment. *Extra annualized percentage rate would be charged based on original discounted price. Actual annualized percentage rate is subject to repayment period. Remarks: In case of any loss of bank-in slip / ATM transfer receipt, applicants will be required to submit valid copy of “Lost bank-in slip” or “Lost ATM transfer receipt” from Hong Kong Police Force to ASUS for validation and reprint of the bank-in slip. Otherwise, ASUS reserves the right not to deliver the goods to applicants.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. All the promotional items are valid till 30 September, 2016. 2. This offer is only eligible for students, staffs and alumni of HKUST with valid Student / Staff / Alumni ID documents. 3. Every applicant is limited to purchase ONE unit of Notebook and ONE unit of Desktop. Applicant shall not change / transfer / resale the ownership of his / her Notebook / Desktop to others without getting consent of ASUS and ASUS’s prior written consent. Otherwise, any warranty to the purchased item shall become null and void. ASUS reserves the right to claim the difference between the market price and discounted price of ASUS’s product(s), if the applicant is in breach of provision. 4. Applicant will be notified with a collection date after ordering. 5. All redemptions should be redeemed within 14days in Mong Kok frontline shop of WISE COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD 6. Applicant has to present his / her valid Student / Staff / Alumni ID documents during the redemption. 7. No order cancellation or refund can be accepted except to have the written consent of ASUS. The resulting refund, if any, will be issued to the applicant within 6 weeks after the cancellation / refund has been approved. 8. Dead on arrival (DOA) policy: Bank transaction applicant: Replacement will only be accepted under the conditions of (1) checked and certified by ASUS’s technician; (2) full packaging with original invoices; (3) with equivalent sale invoice / order confirmation email. Customer should call ASUS service hotline (Tel: 3582 4770) to verify order information and product condition. ASUS would further confirm the exchange of good. After the exchange of good is confirmed, customer will be contacted to exchange the product in Mong Kok frontline shop of WISE COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD at the assigned date and time. Please bring along with products, invoices and Student / Staff / Alumni ID documents for exchange. 9. Replacement lead-time is subjected to the stock availability. 10. Warranty should be both labor and parts inclusive. (For Notebooks only) 11. If there is any repeated order / wrong model selection / incorrect information provided, ASUS will reserve the right to cancel all order from the applicant. 12.
