HORROR STORY Well, nowadays everybody writes and reads horror stories, but these ones are ofen fictitious stories about ghosts, haunted places, strange creatures and similar topics, but my story, although you won’t belive it, is completely true. Let’s start with the presentations. My name is George Haraldson, I was born in Poland and I am 54 years old. Now I am living in a small village near Oban (Scottland). It’s a calm village because there aren’t many people. Now, you will be asking yourselves why I am living in this small and quiet village if I am from Poland, well, here starts the story. First of all, when I was 18 I came here to study medicine and two years later I met Muriel, my deceased wife. The family of Muriel have lived here for years and they have a mansion near the church of the village. Everyday I used to go to her house to visit her, but, one day, when I arrived at the house I noticed something strange, the door was open. Then I got into the house, anyway I walked around rooms and corridors but nothing, it was as quiet as a tomb. After that, I went to the garden and, what I saw there left me speechless: all the family, include Muriel, were hanging from a tree. I tried to do something but all of them were dead, then I left that place as quickly as I could. The police never cleared up the case. 36 years later, I am living in this house because the bank seized my old house two years ago and after my wife’s death I became the only heir. If I tell you the truth, I have lived here pretty calm, but… The situation changed two weeks ago: I was sleeping when suddenly I got up breathless, my wife was strangling me, a few seconds later I realised it was a nightmare or I thought that. The following day the same happened but this time I felt two cold hands trying to strangle me. During this week really odd things have happened, sometimes I can hear screams from the garden, and in the nights a really strange thing happens, all the clocks stop at 4:13 a.m. Now I have just got up, I am hearing voices, please, anybody who is reading this call the police! There is not much time left, the clock shows 4:12 a.m.
