You may change the Theme font, Font size, and spacing in .gdocs or in .docx. Below is where to change it in .gdoc: (I honestly do not know where to set Margins in a .gdoc.Mrs. Anderson)

Google Drive is the best place to create your Bibliography because if you followed Dr. Zamarripa’s (AHS Librarian) suggestion, you all downloaded EasyBib as I did. This is an AWESOME resource! Click on Addons, EasyBib Bibliography Creator, then Manage Bibliography.
After clicking on Manage Bibliography, a column pops up on the far right. See below. Click on one of the top Sub Titles, Book, Journal Article, or Website. Then follow the directions listed in the Search Box. If it finds it, it will give you the proper sitation for it and post it on your paper!

To save your .gdoc as a .docx or .pdf, look at the picture below. I suggest always saving as a .docx (Microsoft Word Document) first then save as a .pdf once you have finalized your paper. If you save as a .pdf now, you may no longer edit it. You should have two Final papers, one as a .docx and one as a .pdf.

A PROTECTED VIEW of the file will come up, Click on Enable Editing.
If you did not change the Margins, Theme Font, Font Size, or line spacing in .gdoc, you may do so in .docx (Microsoft Office Documents). See below.
Margins: If the Margins required by the instructor or employer are not listed in the samples below, you may create your own Custom Margins.

When you are ready to Save your document, and I suggest you Save periodically so that you do not lose your work, Click on the File Drop Down Menu.

Give your paper/essay/assignment a Title that makes sense, i.e. Wk11_SpchPaper_HAnderson (Use Your First Initial and Last Name). I continue to encourage you to Save ALL of your files to your USB drive. On your USB, the file will show as Wk11_SpchPaper_HAnderson.docx. In the picture below, you see that my personal USB drive is called TOSHIBA.EXT.Work (G:) I clicked on my USB to open it then typed in the File name.

Now you have the option of what type of a file you want to Save. As I suggested earlier, I would ALWAYS save as a Microsoft Word Document first so that you may edit it.

After you have made all of your final edits, Click Save to Save it in Word again (.docs). Now go through the same Save Steps, but this time click on Save as Type and click on PDF. See below. The .PDF is ALWAYS the best file type to send to a teacher or employer. A .PDF may not easily be altered/edited. You want your work to stay as is.

When you start the process of Saving as a PDF, there are a few additional things that you should do. See below. There is some additional information that you may add for yourself such as Authors, Tags, and Title. These are unnecessary, but you may choose to add them. Be sure to Optimize for: Minimize Size (publishing online). This will allow your file to be uploaded faster and opened more quickly be the recipient. The larger the file, the longer it takes to download, as you all already know.
