Assembly of all attendees in hall Envelopes given to each couple,(1 per course) and the first opened At the end of first course 2nd envelope opened Remaining envelopes opened as the courses are served

A date near to midsummer would be lightest for the event Consider the journeys that will be involved can people walk or will they have to drive Book a village hall or large house for the start venue You obviously need the same number of houses for each course .You need to give a financial incentive to encourage people to volunteer their houses this may be just their expenses If a concluding meeting is to be held this could be the venue for the final course and or coffee To set the price decide on the budget for each course, whether or not drinks are to be included and profit margin Plan out routes for the attendees ideally everyone (or couple) should meet different people at each venue Hosts are told how many people to cater for, what to provide (drink and food) and the timings Check on final numbers attending Prepare instructions for each envelope which will include timings (people must be given enough time to travel to their next venue) Hosts must keep their guests to time First envelope to be opened and people find where to walk/drive to their first course After first course, open 2nd envelope and then proceed to this venue Repeat
