How to use Annual Student Update for your Child Every school year, each student must have the following information updated or verified: 1. Student Demographics-address, phone number, emergency contacts, etc. 2. Family military status 3. Release of directory information to military recruiters, institutions of higher learning, noncommercial parties, and the media under FERPA 4. Back to school forms To update/verify your child’s information, please: 1. Login to Skyward (Family Access) and select “Annual Student Update” on the left menu bar

2. Select your student. If you have more than one student, you will need to update EACH student separately.

3. Follow the directions listed on the Skyward (Family Access) screen. NOTE: Use the buttons at the bottom of EACH screen to move to the next step.

4. Once all steps are complete, select the button at the bottom: “Submit Annual Student Update.”
