Steps: How to use the Snipping Tool

1. First select the snipping tool icon from the task bar.

2. There are four ways to snip a picture. First, you can select Rectangular Snip on the new menu.

3. Then press NEW for the image/picture. Drag your curser around the object you want to capture.

4. You can then draw, highlight or erase by clicking icons on the top of the snipping tool window.

5. Choose icons to save or copy image/picture.

6. Free-Form Snip: The icon is a pair of scissors that has color so you can circle your image, basically you can shape your image.

7. Window Snip: A Window Snip captures one open window. Select the window you want to capture using the hand tool.

8. Full Screen Snip: A full-screen snip instantly captures your whole screen.
