HPC ACCOUNT REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS Help Desk SelfService

1) Go to the Self Servies Portal and click on: Open a New Request!

2) Under “What is your request” pull down, select: USER ACCOUNT REQUEST

3) In the “Describ your Issue” box,enter: Request Access Research HPC Systems If not the PI of a grant, please enter who the PI is you will be working under. 4) Enter your user information.

5) Click SUBMIT
