Membership program • Foundation Members will comprise a merit-based group of stakeholders who will: – – – – –

Be engaged and play a key role in Foundation operations Software development – contribute to the core code base Fundraising – grant writing, establish relationships with new funding Partners Nominate and elect new board members Lead and/or participate in specific working groups (similar to the REDCap community)

• This group will initially be ~50 members, including the current board members and several key stakeholders of both foundations – Members are nominated by existing members – Elected by Foundation members at the annual meeting (first election Fall 2017) – Membership is based upon merit and contribution
