Interlibrary Loan Policy Library materials are borrowed for library customers from other libraries if needed items or subjects cannot be found in the WALNET system. There is a limit of three active requests per customer. Interlibrary loan transactions are initiated without cost for postage. If the lending library charges copy or transaction fees, the cost will be passed on to the customer. Before such charges are incurred, the customer will be notified; payment in advance is required. Walla Walla County Rural Library District reserves the right to assess copy or transaction fees for interlibrary loan request made of us if the requesting library charges such fees to us.
