Illawarra Quilters Inc. 2018 EXHIBITION VOLUNTEER FORM When you enter your quilt in the Exhibition it is a requirement that you volunteer for a minimum shift of 2 hours and 15 minutes. It is an enriching and enjoyable time to work together with other members during the two days. As well as exhibiting your beautiful work, remember we are also fund raising with our raffle for the Leukaemia Foundation. If you are not hanging a quilt, the Exhibition Committee would appreciate if you could give a little of your time to make our Exhibition as exciting and rewarding as always. For each volunteering session a voucher for morning or afternoon tea (one drink and slices) will be provided. Lunch is at your own expense. Kindly complete this form indicating the times you will be available to help and let us know by 3 August: Return at any IQ gathering, Friendship Day, Saturday Sit, Sew and Share or General Meeting. or email to:

We need a team to erect stands, assistant quilt hangers, set up and dress Friday set up tables and displays. Also late afternoon to assist Open Night preparation in the 11.30am until completed foyer. Many hands will make light work of our set up. You are welcome to recruit men and other strong arms to assist here. 8.30 until completed

The kitchen is in two sections and we need volunteers. Please indicate your ability to work a shift in the kitchen and tick box on right. Thanks. There is a cloak room for your handbags with an attendant at all times.
