PLACEMENT Area: Industry, Compounding, Global Strategies and Quality Management Name: Pharmacy Intern Description: You will support the Global Business Unit Compounding Strategies in different compounding projects and you will be involved in various pharmaceutical and scientific related tasks. You will actively participate in activities connected with stability and compatibility of i.v. drugs preparations, support the creation, review and management of quality documents, and attend related meetings/events. Additionally, you will help for the translation of corporate compounding documents (English/Spanish). Main Responsibilities: - Creation, review and management of stability and compatibility study protocols, with follow-up of the respective studies - Reviewing, updating, and managing of internal databases for stability and compatibility data of i.v. drugs solutions and respective container systems - Issuing and quality checking of marketing documents supporting the strategic marketing activities related to compounding of other corporate departments - Providing support in creating and putting in place some corporate quality documents (Standard Operating Procedures, Working Instructions or Guiding Documents) related to compounding processes and compounding equipment - Translation of corporate compounding documents (English/Spanish) Location: Bad Homburg (surrounding area of Frankfurt am Main), Germany Duration: 9 months from the 1st of August 2017 (length and starting date negotiable) Salary: 1.400 € per month (gross) Mandatory Qualifications: - Pharmaceutical student at the end of his/her curriculum
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English - Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish (Spanish native speaker strongly preferred) - Strong interest in working with pharmaceutical quality documents, scientific documents, reports and publications Preferable Qualifications: - Experience with Microsoft Office - High level of accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and to take personal initiatives - Strong interest in working on new challenges - Multi-cultural awareness and intercultural competence
