January 17, 2017 Provider Training begins for the new Provider Web Portal See www.Colorado.gov/HCPF/Provider-Resources for full schedule.
January 25, 2017 Last day for Xerox to accept paper Provider Enrollment Update form You will be able to make updates via the new Provider Web Portal, starting 2/6/17.
February 6, 2017 Providers receive Provider Web Portal registration instructions and new Provider IDs Instructions and new provider IDs will be sent via email.
February 27, 2017 Providers should use the new Provider Web Portal to verify member eligibility Beginning February 27, 2017, providers can also call 1-844-235-2387 to verify eligibility.

Claim Dates & Deadlines February 3, 2017 Last date Xerox will accept PAPER medical claims, adjustments, reconsiderations, edits, and refund checks Paper medical claims submitted after 2/3/17 will be held and processed by HPE on or after 3/1/17. Paper medical claim adjustments that need to be made after this date will need to be adjusted in the new provider Web Portal, on or after 3/1/17.
February 17, 2017 2pm MT, is the deadline for ELECTRONIC medical claims submissions and adjustments At 2pm, all medical claims that are not resolved will be denied. o This includes in process/suspended claims. Medical claims that are denied, will need to be re-submitted to HPE on or after 3/1/17. No electronic medical claims submitted between 2pm MT 2/17/17 and 8am MT on 3/1/17.
March 1, 2017 Electronic & paper medical claims can be submitted to HPE Via new Provider Web Portal or FTP.
March 4, 2017 Final PCRs will be posted on 3/4/17 for pickup through 3/11/17 (from the CGI Web Portal)
March 11, 1017 Last day PCRs and reports are available on CGI Web Portal 6 years of claims data will be available in the interChange, but historical PCRs and reports will NOT be available after this date.

Payment Dates & Deadlines February 22, 2017 Last Paper checks from Xerox, for “paid” medical claims are mailed out
February 23, 2017 Last EFT from Xerox, for “paid” medical claims
March 1, 2017 No paper checks this week (for medical claims) Paper checks normally sent out on 3/1/17 will be delayed until 3/8/17.
March 2, 2017 No EFT this week (for medical claims) EFT normally delivered on 3/2/17 will be delayed until 3/9/17.
March 4, 2017 Final PCRs will be posted on 3/4/17 for pickup through 3/11/17 (from the CGI Web Portal)
March 8, 2017 First paper checks from HPE mailed out For medical claims submitted between 3/1/17 and 3/3/17.
March 9, 2017 First EFT from HPE For medical claims submitted between 3/1/17 and 3/3/17.

PARs Dates & Deadlines February 3, 2017 Last date Xerox will accept Category 1 Paper PARs (see list on pg. 5) Last date Department will accept Nursing Facility Post Eligibility Treatment of Income (PETI) requests. All PETI requests must be held from 2/3/17 through 2/28/17 for entry into the new Provider Web Portal on or after 3/1/1/7.
February 9, 2017 Last day to submit Nursing Facility PARs to Xerox Nursing Facility PARs will no longer be required as of 3/1/17.
February 10, 2017 Last day to submit Category 2 PARs (see list on pg. 5) via the eQHealth PAR portal PARs can still be submitted on the PAR portal (eQSuite) after this date, but due to the system conversion, these PARs will be saved and then processed on or after 3/1/17. For additional updates, please continue to visit the ColoradoPAR program website. Last day to submit Children's Habilitation Residential Program (CHRP) PARs to the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS)
February 16, 2017 Last day to submit Category 3 PARs (see list on pg. 5) into DDDweb PARs submitted to DDDweb, after 2/16/17, will not be processed, and will need to be held for entry into the Bridge on or after 3/1/17. More details about the process, in the interim, to come.
February 17, 2017 All Category 1 PARs (see list on pg. 5) not resolved are denied at 2pm MT Will need to be submitted through the Bridge on or after 3/1/17.
March 1, 2017 Category 1 & 3 PARs (see list on pg. 5) can be submitted via the Bridge Exception - Adult Long Term Home Health PARs will need to be submitted to the Department (more details to come). Category 2 PARs (see list on pg. 5) can continue to be submitted via the eQHealth PAR portal Held PARs will begin processing again.
