7thCPC Pav Mqtrices and Option for Pav Fixation for those who were sranted increment on lst Julv or those promoted in between01/01/2016and the date of notification: The Railway Board have clarified that instructionsalready exist for granting option. NFIR, however, pointed out that on severalZones, the Option opportunity has been . denied as the Zonal Railways as well as Divisions havenot understoodthe provisions contained in Board's instructions and demandedthat illustrations be issued bv the Railway B oard through clarifi catory instructions.
