इसके अनतरररत, तैनाती के स्थान पर िागू ननधाणररत िर पर मकान ककराया भत्ता (एि.आर.ए.), पररिहन भत्ता उन्हें िे य होगा, जो क्रमशः विभागीय आिास और पररिहन सवु िधा का इस्तेमाि नहीं करते हैं। कमणिाररयों को राष्ट्िीय पेन्शन प्रणािी (एन. पी. एस.) में शालमि ककया जाएगा। संगठन कायण-ननष्ट्पािन समीक्षा प्रणािी के माध्यम से उचित व्यक्ट्रतयों हे तु उज्जिि भविष्ट्य के अिसर प्रिान करता है , जो यह सनु नक्ट्श्ित करता है कक अच्छे कायण-ननष्ट्पािन करने िािे व्यक्ट्रत को पिोन्ननत लमिे। इसरो में ननयक्ट्ु रत पर स्ियं एिं आचश्रतों के लिए चिककत्सा सवु िधाएं, ररयायती िर पर कैं टीन, एि.आर.ए. के एिज में नि ननयर ु तों को सीलमत आिासीय सवु िधा, छूट्टी यािा ररयायत, समह ू बीमा, मकान बनाने हे तु अचग्रम, इत्यादि सवु िधाएं केन्र सरकार के आिे शानस ु ार उपिब्ध हैं। In addition, House Rent Allowance [HRA], Transport Allowance at the prescribed rates in force at the place of posting will be paid for those who are not availing Departmental Housing and Transport facility, respectively. The employees will be governed by the National Pension System (NPS). The Organisation provides for excellent growth potential for the right individuals through its performance review system which ensures that a good performer gets the promotion. पी.डी.एफ प्रारूप में आिेिन प्रपि िेबसाइट पर अिग से अपिोड कर दिया गया है क्ट्जसे 30.06.2017 से 21.07.2017 तक डाउनिोड ककया जा सकता है । ऐसे अभ्यथी जो उपरोरत योग्यता के मानिण्ड परू े करते हैं, आिेिन प्रारूप डाउनिोड कर सकते हैं। विचधित भरे आिेिन पि को ननधाणररत स्थान पर हाि ही का पासपोटण आकार का फोटो चिपकाते हुए, सभी प्रमाण-पिों की स्ि-सत्यावपत प्रनतयों सदहत लिफाफे पर ‘’दहन्िी टं कक के पि के लिए आिेिन’ / ‘तकनीलशयन-बी के पि के लिए आिेिन’’ अंककत करते हुए प्रशासन अचधकारी (भती), इसरो म.ु , अंतररक्ष भिन, न्यू बी.ई.एि. रोड, बेंगिरु ू - 560 094 पर भेजें।

आिेिन इसरो म.ु , बेंगिरु ू में 28.07.2017 तक या उससे पहिे प्रा्त हो जाना िादहए। अंनतम तारीि के बाि प्रा्त आिेिन अथिा सभी प्रमाण-पिों के त्रबना प्रा्त हुए आिेिनों पर कोई वििार नहीं ककया जाएगा। जो केंद्र/िाज्य सिकाि/सावयजननक क्षेत्र के उपक्रम/स्वायत्त ननकायों में पर्ले से र्ी काययिि र्ैं वे उधिि माध्यम से आवेदन भेजें। राष्ट्िीय िवृ त्त सेिा (एन. सी. एस.) पोटण ि के तहत पंजीकृत तथा अहणता शतें परू ी करने िािे अभ्यथी उक्ट्लिखित आिेिन प्रकक्रया हे तु इसरो िेबसाइट िे िें और उसका अनप ु ािन करें । The application form in pdf formatis uploaded separately in the web-site and will be available for downloading from 30.06.2017 and 21.07.2017.The candidates who fulfill the above eligibility criteria may download the application format. The duly filled in application, affixing a recent passport size colour photograph at the place provided in the application, along with self-attested copies of all certificates/testimonials may be sent to AdministrativeOfficer (Recruitment), ISRO Headquarters, Antariksh Bhavan, New BEL Road, Bangalore- 560 094 superscripting on the envelope ‘Application for the post of Hindi Typist’/’Application for the post of Technician-B’. The application should reach ISRO Headquarters, Bangalore on or before 28.07.2017. Applications received after due date or without all certificates/testimonials will not be considered for any reasons. Those who are already in employment under Central/State Government/Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Bodies should apply through proper channel. The candidates registered under National Career Services (NCS) portal and fulfilling the eligibility conditions may visit ISRO website and follow the application procedure as stated. 5.

ियन प्रक्रक्रया/ Selection Process:

ननदिण ष्ट्ट अहणता एिं मानक न्यन ू तम आिश्यकता माि हैं और लसफण उसे परू ा करने से ही अभ्यथी लिखित परीक्षा हे तु अहण नहीं बन जाता। लिखित परीक्षा हे तु अभ्यचथणयों की सि ू ी तैयार करने के लिए प्रारं लभक छं टनी की जाएगी। इस विज्ञापन के प्रनत अभ्यचथणयों से प्रा्त आिेिनों की ननधाणररत जांि दिशा-ननिे शों के आधार पर छं टनी की जाएगी और छं टनी ककए गए अभ्यचथणयों को ही लिखित परीक्षा के लिए बि ु ाया जाएगा। लिखित परीक्षा में ननष्ट्पािन एिं अचधसचू ित ररक्ट्रतयों की संख्या के आधार पर अभाचथणयों की कौशि परीक्षा के लिए छं टनी की जाएगी। कौशि परीक्षा का आयोजन लिखित परीक्षा की घोिणा के बाि ककया जाएगा, इसके लिए समय तथा स्थि की सि ू ना बाि में िी जाएगी। The qualification prescribed and the benchmark are only the MINIMUM requirement and fulfilling the same does not automatically make candidates eligible for Written Test. Initial screening will be conducted to short-list candidates for taking-up written test. Candidates whose applications are received against this advertisement will be short-listed based on the defined screening guidelines and those screened-in candidates alone will be called for Written Test. Candidates will be short-listed for skill test based on the performance in the written test and taking into consideration number of vacancies notified. Skill Test will be conducted after announcement of results of the Written Test, the schedule and venue of which will be notified.

कौिल पिीक्षा की पद्धनि/ Skill Test Methodology 25 श.प्र.लम. की गनत पर दहंिी टं कण में कौशि परीक्षा। लिखित परीक्षा में िस्तनु नष्ट्ठ तथा वििरणात्मक िोनों तरह के प्रशनों में कम-से-कम 50 अंक प्रा्त करने िािे अभ्यचथणयों की कौशि परीक्षा हे तु छं टनी करने पर वििार ककया जाएगा। यदि अन.ु जा. के लिए आरक्षक्षत पिों को भरने के लिए पयाण्त संख्या में अ.जा. के अभ्यथी उपिब्ध नहीं होते हैं तो उस कमीं को परू ा करने हेतु संबचं धत श्रेणी िािे अभ्यचथणयों को छूट िी जाएगी। कौशि परीक्षा पण ण : ‘‘उत्तीणण या अनत्ु तीणण’’ पर ू त आधाररत होगी और कौशि परीक्षा के प्रा्तांक ियन हे तु नहीं लिए जाएंगे। कौशि परीक्षा के लिए अभ्यचथणयों को 10 लमनट में कम््यट ू र पर 250 शब्ि टं ककत करने होंगे। अचधकतम 5% की गिनतयां स्िीकायण होंगी। अंनतम ियन, कौशि परीक्षा में उत्तीणण अभ्यचथणयों में से लिखित परीक्षा में प्रा्तांकों पर आधाररत होगा। अंनतम ियन, पण ण या लिखित परीक्षा में प्रा्तांकों के आधार पर उत्तीणण ू त अभ्यचथणयों में से ककया जाएगा। कौशि परीक्षा में उत्तीणण होने िािे अभ्यचथणयों में से, अचधसचू ित ररक्ट्रतयों की संख्या के आधार पर, लिखित परीक्षा में प्रा्तांकों के क्रम में सि ू ी तैयार की जाएगी। Skill Test in Hindi Typing @ 25 w.p.m. Those who secure minimum 50% marks each in both objective and descriptive type questions in the written test will be considered for short-listing for Skill Test. In case, sufficient number of SC candidates are not available for filling-up the vacancies reserved for these categories, relaxation will be extended to candidates belonging to the respective category, to make good the short-fall. Skill Test will be purely on ‘go-no-go’ basis and marks obtained in the skill test shall not be considered for selection. For the skill test, candidates have to type 250 words in Hindi using Computer in 10 minutes. A maximum of 5% mistakes are allowed. The final selection, shall be based on the scores obtained in the written test for the candidates who have qualified in the Skill Test. The final selection will be done amongst qualified candidates purely based on the scores obtained in the written test. From amongst the candidates who qualify in the skill test, empanelment shall be done in the order of marks obtained in the written test, depending upon the number of vacancies notified.

कौशि परीक्षा पण ण या ‘‘उत्तीणण या अनत्ु तीणण’’ आधार पर होगी और कौशि परीक्षा के प्रा्तांक ियन ू त हे तु नहीं लिए जाएंगे। कौशि परीक्षा का अहणता हे तु न्यन ू तम 60% के साथ 100 अंकों के पैमाने पर मल ू यांकन ककया जाएगा। अंनतम ियन, कौशि परीक्षा में उत्तीणण अभ्यचथणयों में से लिखित परीक्षा में प्रा्तांकों पर आधाररत होगा। अंनतम ियन, पण ण या लिखित परीक्षा में प्रा्तांकों के आधार पर उत्तीणण ू त अभ्यचथणयों में से ककया जाएगा। कौशि परीक्षा में उत्तीणण होने िािे अभ्यचथणयों में से, अचधसचू ित ररक्ट्रतयों की संख्या के आधार पर लिखित परीक्षा में प्रा्तांकों के क्रम में सि ू ी तैयार की जाएगी। Skill Test will be purely on ‘go-no-go’ basis and marks obtained in the skill test shall not be considered for selection. The Skill Test shall be evaluated on a 100 points scale with minimum 60% for qualification.The final selection, shall be based on the scores obtained in the written test for the candidates who have qualified in the Skill Test. The final selection will be done amongst qualified candidates purely based on the scores obtained in the written test. From amongst the candidates who qualify in the skill test, empanelment shall be done in the order of marks obtained in the written test, depending upon the number of vacancies notified.

कौशि परीक्षा में भाग िेने आने िािे अभ्यचथणयों को ऑनिाइन आिेिन में िशाणए गए शहर से सबसे छोटे मागण से कौशि परीक्षा के स्थान तक आने-जाने हे तु िे न के द्वितीय श्रेणी के ककराये की प्रनतपनू तण की जाएगी (इस उद्िे श्य हे तु पता और शहर में बििाि करने पर वििार नहीं ककया जाएगा) / Candidates attending the Skill Test will be reimbursed to and fro second-class train fare by the shortest route from the city indicated in the on-line application form to the place of Skill Test (change of address and city for the purpose will not be entertained)

कौशि परीक्षा हे तु बि ु ाए गए अभ्यचथणयों को लिखित परीक्षा/कौशि परीक्षा के समय ऑनिाइन आिेिन में दिए गए ब्यौरों के सत्यापन के लिए सभी संबचं धत मि ू िस्तािेज प्रस्तत ु करने होंगे / Candidates called for ‘Skill Test’ will have to produce all relevant original documents in proof of details furnished in their applications submitted on-line, at the time of Written Test/Skill Test

यदि ऑन-िाइन िी गई कोई सि ू ना गित या झूठी पाई गई तो अभ्यथी को कौशि परीक्षा में शालमि होने की अनम ु नत नहीं िी जाएगी और उसे यािा भत्ते का भग ु तान नहीं ककया जाएगा/ If any information furnished on-line is found to be wrong or false, the candidate will not beallowed for skill test and TA will not be paid.
