Vision for Technology Integration
We believe that learning is a deeply personal endeavor that is critical to each individual's sense of pride and accomplishment. We must change to remain relevant to the students we serve. Our vision is to use technology to change instruction from a traditional teacher-led learning model to a student-centered, constructivist, projectbased learning model that leverages 21stcentury productivity tools, digital content and curriculum, and learning management systems.

Future Plans for Network Improvement
We will be replacing our core switches in five out of six schools this summer (2017). We are planning on having a second internet access provider run fiber to our main mdf in our high school. Up until now we only had one option for a provider and now with two it allows us to have redundancy and reduced costs.

Process for Selecting New Technology
We have a technology committee that meets once a month. In those meetings we discuss everything from professional development needs to physical technology needs. We begin the discussion on new technology in these meetings and then form a subcommittee to focus on selecting new technology. We involve all stakeholders in this process because we feel input from all stakeholders is vital to sound decision making. The business manager and superintendent are involved in this process.
