Initiative: Withdrawal of 1770, Related to Hospitals
Benjamen L. Tracey and Nathan Jon Selzer, the proponents of HOSPITALS. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION. INITIATIVE STATUTE. (#1770), have withdrawn their proposed initiative pursuant to Elections Code section 9604(b). Therefore, the initiative measure is no longer attempting to qualify for the November 8, 2016, General Election ballot and all further signature verification can be terminated.
