TOPIC 

Intergenerational differences between Boomers/Gen X vs. Gen Y  and the conflicts they cause between co­workers in 21st century  workplace.  Conflict is likely to develop as a result of the following  issues:  ● instant gratification (“need it now” mentality);  ● professionalism/professional dress;  ● entitlement (belief one is “owed” something/special  treatment);  ● not willing to “pay dues”; and  ● multitasking (doing multiple things at once).
