INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING A PARENT-TEACHER INTERVIEW THROUGH YOU CAN BOOK ME INTERVIEWS: Thursday, February 22, 2018 2:00-4:30 p.m. and 5:30-7:30 p.m. To Book an Interview: 1. To access a teacher’s interview schedule, click on the teacher’s link in the table below. 2. The teacher’s Booking Calendar will open. Available time slots are blue. Booked time slots are grey. Click on an available time slot. Please note that there is limited availability and we ask that you please only book interviews where you feel there is a concern. Also, out of courtesy to other parents, please book only one time slot per teacher. If you require additional time, please contact the teacher outside of the interview process. 3. Once you have selected a time slot and entered your information, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Please note that confirmation may take up to ten minutes, depending on the amount of activity on the server. If you are booking using a gmail account, your booking time will also appear in your Google Calendar. ** Intermediate interview booking will be available on Friday, February 16 as of 3:00 p.m. Online booking will close at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 22. **
