Note: 1. The written Examination result is in Roll No. sequence under Stream wise and Category wise and not in order of merit. 2. Candidates are required to report with Call Letter for Interview along with all documents/ certificates/ photographs as mentioned in the call letter. The Application Form/ Interview Particulars Form should properly be filled-in. 3. The candidate should keep a copy of “Registration Slip” and “Pay in Slip” (SBI Challan) for reference. 4. The reporting candidate must produce an Original Photo Identity Card viz. Voter ID card, AADHAAR Card, Driving License, PAN Card etc. (any one of these) at the time of Interview. 5. The above shortlisted candidates for Interview are advised to report for document verification, followed by Interview at the given venue, as per date and time mentioned against each candidate. In case of non-reporting as per given schedule for Interview, the candidates may not be entertained for Interview. 6. Post advertised are Tentative. SAIL- Collieries Division reserves the right to fill or not to fill all or any of the above positions without assigning any reason whatsoever. SAILCollieries Division is not liable to compensate the applicant for the consequential damages, if any, arising out of the aforesaid. 7. Travelling expenses shall be reimbursed only to outstation candidates belonging to SC/ST category, appearing for Interview, to the extent of 2nd class to and fro Railway fare/ Bus fare from the declared place of correspondence to the place of Interview by the shortest route on production of Original ticket(s), provided the distance covered by rail or road is more than 30 KM each way. 8. Candidates employed in Govt. Departments/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies will have to produce NOC from the present employer at the time of Interview. 9. Before appearing for the interview, candidates must ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria as stipulated in the advertisement, as on the specified dates and the particulars furnished by him/ her in his/ her application are correct in all respects. He/ she may also take note of the fact that mere issuance of call letter and appearing for interview does not in itself confer any right for employment. If any discrepancy with regard to eligibility is detected i.e. if it is found that information furnished by the candidate is false or incomplete or documents furnished are not genuine at any stage of the recruitment process or thereafter, your candidature will automatically stand cancelled.
