Career Path 1. 2. 3. 4.
Candidate will work at AESL with a bond/contract period of 2 years. Three month training-Candidate will receive 50 % of his monthly offered salary. Six month Probation-Candidate will receive salary as per offered salary break up. After completion of six month probation period, candidate will start receiving 100 % of his monthly offered salary. During three month training period, candidate will be offered Rs 5000 per month over & above monthly salary. Said amount is provided against lodging expenses incurred by the candidate during the period. During three month training period, candidate will be offered free lunch for all working days of the month. Depending upon the candidate’s performance AESL’s management can extend training or probation period or can waive off or can relive from services.
