Invest For Learning – Parent Initial Sign-On Instructions 1. Navigate your web browser to the Invest For Learning Parent sign-on page: http://www.InvestForLearning.com 2. Choose the language you’d like the page displayed in by interacting with the drop down menu on the left side of the page 3. Choose the ‘Create Account’ option / link displayed below the Login 4. Create your user account by filling in the requested information: 5. The Invest For Learning system requires validation of parent email accounts. The system will send an email to the email address provided during account creation that needs to be clicked before the parent account setup is complete. Parents will need to access their email accounts and click the link provided by the system. 6. Once email validation is complete, the parent account is setup and the parent can sign onto the Invest For Learning system. Navigate your web browser to http://www.InvestForLearning.com and sign in using the username and password created during Step #4. 7. Click on the ‘Student Info’ menu option on the top left portion of the page 8. Click on the ‘Add Student’ button to begin the search for your student(s) – the system will require that the parent can provide certain mandatory pieces of information about the school and student in order to gain access – enter the information listed below and then click ‘Search’: a. School Zip Code b. Student Last Name c. Student First Name d. Student Date of Birth e. Student ID Number (must be obtained from school) 9. Choose the appropriate student from the returned search results and click ‘Select’. If your search did not come back with the correct student, you can click ‘Start Over’ to begin a new search. 10. Once locating a student and clicking ‘Select’, the system will require that you choose your preferred method of communication for the Invest For Learning program – electronic statements are free of charge whereas choosing paper / printed statements might come with an additional convenience fee (based on school setup rules). Make your designation and click ‘Continue’. 11. If all of the information displayed regarding the new student is correct, click ‘Confirm’ – if anything needs to be changed, click ‘Start Over’ At this point, the parent account has been created and connected to one or more students, thereby completing the initial parent signup process.
