The Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Secondary Cities Development Project in Quang Nam, Ha Tinh and Dak Lak. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contracts named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB

The Dak Lak Provincial People’s Committee through Dak Lak Urban Environmental - One Member Limited Company (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for BMT-02 Improvement of Tran Quy Cap Road Bidder may bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the bidding document. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one contract will be allowed to do so provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.

National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s SingleStage: One- Envelope without prequalification procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications should participate in this bidding:
Lot 1: Minimum average annual construction turnover of VND150 billion that calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 03 years: 2012, 2013, and 2014; Financial Resources Requirement for the Subject Contract is VND 19 billion; Participation in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 05 years (2010-2014) and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds VND 123 billion; Lot 2: Minimum average annual construction turnover of VND50 billion that calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed, within the last 03 years: 2012, 2013, and 2014;
Financial Resources Requirement for the Subject Contract is VND 7 billion; Participation in at least one contract that has been successfully or substantially completed within the last 05 years (2010-2014) and that is similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds VND22.5 billion
