As Railway Board are aware,the NFIR has been given slots on 13thand 14thApril, 2015 by the 7t'' Central Pay Commission,to deliberateand discuss the casesof Railway employeesof all categories(serving/retired)relatingto the pay and allowances/perks. ln this connection,the Federationwould place its points on the issues(as per list enclosed) whcre Railway Ministry had agreed in principle and sent proposals to the MoF/DoP&T who however did not agree. To enable the Federationto have meaningful discussionon thesesubjectswith the Pay Commission,Federationrequirescopiesof replies receivedfrom the MoF/DoP&T. NITIR, therefore,requeststhe Railway Board to kindly alrange to provide copies of the repliesgiven by MoF/DoP&T in the caseof issuesmentionedin the enclosedlist at the earliest.
