Circular Ref. No.: 0036/2018 To All Members, Sub: Proposed Suspension not to be carried out In continuation of our circular no. 1229/2017 dated December 26, 2017 (download ref. no. NSE/CML/36577) notifying the Suspension of trading in Equity Shares for non-compliance with Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report (Reg. 55A) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulation, 1996. Members of the Exchange are requested to note that, as per SEBI circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/12/2015 dated November 30, 2015 (Erstwhile circular no. CIR/MRD/DSA/31/2013 dated September 30, 2013), it is proposed not to proceed with the suspension of Trading in the equity shares of Sezal Glass Limited w.e.f. January 17, 2018 on account of compliances with Reconciliation of Share Capital Audit Report (Reg. 55A) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulation, 1996 for two consecutive quarters i.e. 30-Jun-2017 & 30-Sep-2017.
