Bagwell, 1138 C.D. 2014 Correction of Error in Brief Dear Mr. Krimmel: Following our review of the brief filed by Respondent Ryan Bagwell, we have not identified any matters raised in the response brief which were not previously addressed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (Department) in its brief filed October 29, 2014 (Department’s Brief). Accordingly, the Department will not be filing a reply brief. However, we recently discovered a typographical error in the Department’s Brief, which we would like to bring to the attention of the Court. The error occurs on page 8 of the Department’s Brief. The date of the e-mail records which are the subject of the Right-toKnow Law request at issue in this appeal is incorrectly identified as September 8, 2011. The correct date of the e-mails is November 8, 2011. It does not appear as though this error occurs on any other page of the Department's Brief. We apologize for the error.
