PB&J in Jel-Ring Mold

Ingredients: 1 large loaf Van De Kamp (or cheap) White Bread 1 small jar apricot/pineapple preserves 1 small jar strawberry jelly 1 small jar grape jelly Regular size jar of creamy peanut butter Directions: Toss the ends of the bread & remove crusts from all other pieces. Put thin layer of peanut butter on each piece of bread, completely covered. Take 5-6 slices of bread (peanut butter side up) and place in jel-ring mold like a diamond—making sure that each bread slice is touching the next. Press down. Take 3-4 Tbsp strawberry jelly, place on top of bread & spread around. Repeat another layer of bread with peanut butter side up. Take 34 Tbsp apricot/pineapple preserves, place on top of bread & spread around. Repeat another layer of bread with peanut butter side up. Take 3-4 Tbsp grape jelly, place on top of bread & spread around. (You may need to squish down & you think it won’t fit, but it will!) Take remaining bread and place peanut butter bread face DOWN. Use a spatula and squish down—squish sides down until it all fits inside. Force the seal on & refrigerate for at least 15 min (best if refrigerates overnight). Slice along the markings.
