It is understood that this project shall not be-contracted or sub-let in part or in whole wrthout the prior approval of this office.
Violation of the above conditions shall be subjectto penalties as may be prescribed either in the form of fines or revocation of the contract job order or both, depending on the gravity of the violation. It is understood that the job must be completed within fourteen (14) working days. ln case of failure to complete the said job within the time specified above, a penalty of one tenth (1/1 0) of one percent every day of delay shall be imposed.
