Just to give you an idea this is simple outline of what I think is required to start

1) Upload CSV data or extract from external data Source

2) Display on chart

(Chart Scrolls from right to left)

Green dot do Nothing, Red sell (short) exit close Blue buy open exit close

3) Network settings

(Any network configuration that may be required)

4) Train Train

5) Results a) Pip gained b) Average profit per trade c) Percentage correct

6) Save network… Export To a file or as a system to Metatrader
