K4 teachers and aides available to give tours and answer questions.

Are you ready for K4? Children must be 4 on or before September 1, 2016 Parents must bring: • Original Birth Certificate • Immunization Records • 2 Proofs of Residence as follows: Proof 1: • Current mortgage statement • A signed current lease • Signed Settlement statement from house closing Proof 2: • Current month’s utility bill • Most recent water bill • Auto or health insurance statement • Driver’s license renewal notice • License plate renewal notice • W-2, SSI, Medicaid, BadgerCare or other County/State/Federal • Benefit Statement
