TASTE, DISCOVER AND EXPERIENCE JEWISH CUISINE From matzos and from the Dutch bolus to gefilte fish, Jewish dishes are eaten around the world. Jewish cuisine has been influenced not only by religion, but also by the Diaspora. On the one hand, the Torah’s dietary laws have restricted Jewish cuisine – after all, not everything may be eaten – while on the other hand, the scattering of Jewish people throughout the world has resulted in a wide variety of foods and flavours. Enjoy your meal! Kashrut information Everything served in our restaurant is either dairy or parve (neutral, vegan). All the ingredients are prepared and/or purchased from suppliers that are ‘under rabbinical supervision’. The Museum Café itself does not have a kashrut certification. For those who find this important, there are some kosher-certified products.

Wifi The Museum Café offers free WIFI. Just log in and accept the conditions.
