Registry Services & Policy *Complimentary gift wrap *Items may need to be special ordered at time of purchase. An item marked “available” is not a statement assuring that the item is in stock at time of purchase. *Special orders for multiple quantities of product such, as glass, dinner and flatware, are not subject to exchange or return. Therefore, we let our couples determine when to order the product. With advanced notice, a picture of the product in a gift box can be supplied to present at showers. After the wedding date, if the couple decides that the quantities are too low and they are unable to buy the balance available, the dollar value of the items purchased will convert to store credit for the couple to use on other products in our stores. *Wedding gifts will be delivered, at no charge, to the bride’s parent’s home locally at one time after the wedding date. Updates of purchased wedding gifts are sent to the bride daily. *Special delivery of wedding gifts outside of the complimentary, single delivery service is available and charges vary by size and weight of the item. *In-stock gift purchases, pending delivery, may be cancelled within 3 days after the date of sale with a 10% processing fee for a money refund or for full store credit. *In-stock gift purchases, after 3 days of the date of sale, may be returned for store credit within 7 days of receipt.
