osDEB In the Govemment Order read above, it has been ordered, among other things, that the officers who enter into Leave Without Allowance under Appendix XII A/XII C, Part I, Ketala Service Rules will not be permitted to rejoin duty before the expiry of sanctioned term of Leave WithoutAllowance.

It has come to the notice of the Government that the above
restriction has caused so many difficulties to those employees who wish to
rejoin duty after cancelling unavailed portion of Leave Without Allowance underAppendix XII A and XII C, Part I, Kerala Service Rules. (3) Government, after having examined the matter in detail, are pleased to permit those Government employees who have been granted Leave Without
Allowance under Appendix XII Ai
