3 cups cold coffee 1 can condensed sweetened milk 1 cup chocolate sauce (recipe follows) Chocolate Sauce 1 cup sugar 1 cup cocoa 3/4 cup water Put together in a medium sauce pan. Whisk over medium heat constantly until sugar dissolves, around 5 minutes. I like to sieve the sauce into a bowl. Cool completely and chill in the fridge. Mocha Sorbet Whisk together coffee, condensed sweetened milk and syrup until well combined. Pour slowly into frozen ice cream maker and let churn for at least 25 minutes. Put in container and chill. To Serve Sorbets can be hard to serve so leave it out on the counter for around 10 minutes. This is tasty on its own but it is also fabulous in milkshakes and smoothies!
