Leading entertainment company A partnership built for success Challenge Opening of a new 800 person contact centre in Dublin employing 800 people within 12 months. Manpower engaged to provide the assessment and supply of circa 700 people for Sales Advisors, Customer Service Advisors and Team Leaders positions. The contact centre staff will be employed in stages throughout the 12 month period. Solution Employ a team of 6 assessors (4 permanent and 2 contract) to run the assessment centre for approx 15 months with support from Manpower’s NRC in the UK. The applicants apply for the roles through our client’s own website, on the website they complete an online questionnaire which filters out approx 60% of applicants. The applicants are then screened by the NRC and if deemed suitable are booked in for assessment. The assessment centre follows the recruitment format as used by our client in the UK where there is a two stage assessment process. The Manpower assessment team score the candidates and to progress to stage 2 they must first pass stage 1. At the end of stage 2 the Manpower assessment team decide if the candidate is successful and if so they are then offered a permanent position with our client by the Manpower assessment team. The assessment team collate the necessary paperwork for on-boarding which is then passed onto our client for the issuing of contracts. Our client is charged a fixed fee for each placement and are billed 70% on initial start date, 15% after 13 weeks and the final 15% after 26 weeks, should any applicant leave during the 26 week period they will be replaced at no charge. Result Team put in place to deliver results in line with our client’s service level agreement.
