Who we are… Social Responsibility Project Group was established in 2011 by 16 youth between the ages of 15-30 employees within Ankara exam college, youth group activities is a completely nonofficial non-profit organization on a voluntary basis. As a group we have not signed many social responsibility projects so far (Awareness of Autism, Disabled Blue Cover Support, brother and a Day (Values Education Project), the Red Crescent Week Due edited Help Material Collection Campaign, They Forgot We remember (Alzheimer's Patient Project) Reading Festival, etc.), all of these projects have been carried out by creating resources from its own site. Some friends of our group located in the European Union Education and Youth Programs related training they have received as a result of the first time we became aware of the project of the Youth and European opportunities. We have prepared a great motivation to live a first international project experience with the Youth Project and finally we want to get Youthpass, which we believe will contribute to our educational life. Through the projects we have carried out so far a lot of experience in project management, we believe we won. Many young people will meet for the first time and opportunity given project if the application is accepted as the best way we can do this with our youth projects and we will show that we can in this process.

TRAINERS Yusuf YILDIRIM European Union Expert Yusuf YILDIRIM is working in Hacettepe University EU Office, he is academisc staff and Coordinator of the Projects for Hacettepe University. He is offical trainer at British Council. He has been working since 14 years on EU projects. He has very big experience EU Founded Projects. He managed many times EVS, Youth Exchange, LDV and Grundvig Projects. He is speaking fluently English and intermediate level Bosnian-ItalianSpanish. He has economy graduate and Master Degree about European Union. And also he has Project Management master degree from London School of Economics and Political Science. At the same time he create that NGO to give opportunities young people as being coordinator for projects. President and founder of the AAGD-Ankara Aktif Gençlik Derneği and Vice President of K-GEM. Project manager of numerous international research, training and innovation projects with particular referent of the areas of the integration and social inclusion, pedagogical development, education with vulnerable groups of people, didactic methods and training with teachers/trainers and parents. Nominated by organisation for the Internal accountant of Institution.

Zelal ŞAHİN Project manager, Trainer and Educational advisor Vice president and founder of AAGD. He is a trainer in non-formal education working with the Pool of Trainers of the Council of Europe (http://youthapplications.coe.int/TRAINERS-POOL). She has competences in a variety of educational approaches and has a wide experience working with groups of youth and adults, especially women, youth from various cultural backgrounds, immigrants and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. Her main fields of expertise are human rights education, anti-discrimination, active participation and peace and nonviolence. She is graduated in English Translater in the University of İstanbul and works in the European and International cooperation field for 8 years. Cemal DOĞAN He has Master Degree about Security zone of Europe, he has furthered his skills doing a Master in International Cooperation at the Middle East Technical University(ODTÜ-METU). He was working in Turkish Natiaonal Agency and he was expert of Mobility of Youth Workers Departmant. Now he is Project Coordinator all of the Sınav College. He has extensive experience in fundraising in the non-profit, information desk sin the European Community and in community planning. In AAGD works as project manager coordinating the mobility department, TC Projects and managing the activities LLP Merve UĞUR She has graduate from Hacettepe University at chemical department, she is project manager, she has experience in European project management and in the implementation of trainings and non-formal educational activities targeting youth, disadvantaged groups, immigrants, long term unemployed, adult women. She worked in the UK at Merseyside Expanding Horizons under the Youth in Action Programme as a youth worker, dealing with different European and local projects and carrying out extensive research and reports for large multilateral projects. She has experience in the youth field also as a member of the international student-run organization AIESEC, as well as in translation, communication and web content writing for local NGOs

Beyza BOZOĞLU – Financial Accountant She deals with the administrative part of the projects, she has worked in many big companies as financial accountant and consultant. She has graduate from Hacettepe University, Business Management Department. Patricia Gennali – Coordinator of the Centre for Human Rights Education (CEDU) Coordinator of the Centre for Human Rights Education (CEDU). Degree in philosophical sciences and bioethics, project manager and trainer in human rights education. The main fields of expertise are human rights, anti-discrimination, active participation, and peace and nonviolence. In AAGD she is responsible for the management of European projects and she coordinates the development of local activities. She has a broad expertise in the management of international mobility for professional development (old Leonardo da Vinci programme)

THEME’s of the TC Project Almost all countries had gained a multicultural structure due to internal migration for globalization and seeking a better life in recent years. Therefore, both inside and outside the countries border there is only one way to ensure peace, tranquility and security it is accepting the diversity and learning to live with others. We believe that the young people who create their own living atmosphere by accepting diversities & differences will be more psychologically healthy and productive & efficient individuals. And the cities that we live in have been accommodating many disadvantaged groups in many aspects such as economic, socio-cultural & educational , disability etc. Unfortunately. And first as a human after as a citizen our duty is to promote to the inclusion & integration of disadvantaged people into social, cultural , educational and economic life in terms of equality of opportunities as much as we can. The project will be held in Ankara between 24.04.2016 to 30.04.2016. There will be 40 participants from 6 different countries. The aim of our youth exchange project is to contribute to social peace by developing tolerance and intercultural dialogue in the long-term. The objectives of the Project are; - To recognize different religions, languages, races and cultures more closely, - To discover common values and - To promote culture of living together - To improve mutual love, respect, tolerance and dialogue - To provide information and raise awareness about “Active Citizenship” and “European Citizenship”

- To gain organizational and management experience in international projects. - To create concrete and high quality international partnerships - To ensure active participation of young people in to the democratic society and labor market by providing information and raising awareness about the Youthpass Key Competences - To include disadvantaged young people into the process. The participant profile of the Project is planned to be composed by youngs aged between 1525 (except the group leaders) , willing to ICL and sharing, and motivated for the team work & social responsibility activities, mostly /preferably having any/ few international experiences; or has not joined in a mobility yet and socio-culturally, economically, educationally or geographically etc. disadvantaged ones. In the Project we will use mainly non-formal learning methods such as team building activities, simulation, role playing, energizers, icebrakers, self-assessment, feed-backs, evaulations, presentation, out-door activities. By this way the participants will develop their skills & competences and positive attitudes by gaining experiences on culture, team work, organizing activities, improving foreign language, intercultural cooperation, respect and solidarity etc. ICL experience will provide positive motivation to their learning process from now on and raise an awareness on European citizenship. Partner organizations will find out that youth works are valuable & important when they observe the positive attitudes, feedbacks and acquired competences; and will be motivated for reaching more young people and provide them international opportunities. Giving international opportunities, disadvantaged young people will help them to feel themselves valuable and important, will keep them away from the feeling of excluded. We will also raise awareness on the European opportunities for the local stakeholders through dissemination activities.

OBJECTIVES: The specific objectives of the Let's Have a Cup of Coffee!! course are: To get a better understanding of the concept of Let's Have a Cup of Coffee as “learning service” and related quality aspects in Cultural Learning. To improve the ability for co-operation and working in international partnership To reflect on the roles, responsibilities and challenges within the Let's Have a Cup of Coffee support system To support the recognition of non-formal learning in Let's Have a Cup of through the competent implementation of Youthpass

To provide up-to-date information about the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme In addition to this, Let's Have a Cup of!! training is an excellent opportunity for YE support persons to exchange their experiences, share good practices and for informal partnership building. All previous Let's Have a Cup of!!.  To improve the levels of basic skills and competences of youngsters, including the ones who are financially limited; and to encourage the participation to the democratic life and labour market and the active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity in Europe by providing more opportunities for the learning mobility of youngsters, the ones who are active in youth study or youth organisations and youth leaders, and strengthening the connection between youth area and cultural learning;  To encourage the improvement of the youth studies’ quality through the increasing collaboration between the foundations/organisations in youth area and/or other partners;  To complete the policy reforms in local, regional and national levels; and to encourage the development of youth policy based on information and evidence and the recognition of common and formal learning by disseminating good practices through a more powerful collaboration in policy area, better use of the transparency of the Union and recognition tools;  To strengthen the roles of youth employees and foundations/organisations as support structures aimed at youngsters so as to complete the international dimension of youth activities and external action of the Union by encouraging the mobility and collaboration between the Programme and Partner Countries and international foundations/organisations, and the capacity development aimed by the Partner Countries.  To increase awareness regarding EU citizenship and rights accompanying this, or encourage the active participation of youngsters in making EU policies. This project, which will also contribute to the reinforcement of the consciousness of European Citizenship, not only provides opportunities for the youngsters from different countries to interchange their own experiences with one another in this area, but also is quite important in terms of taking a stand against violence, racism, ethnic and sexual discrimination and making humanitarian values sovereign in the mind of the society and developing and extending the European Consciousness due to the unifying characteristics of friendship.
