Letter of Invitation Organizing Committee of GPAC 2009 Chiba University of Commerce June 11, 2009

We, hereby, invite a group of five participants, supposedly a faculty leader and four students, of University of Vietnam to participate to the GPAC(Global Partnership of Asian Colleges) 2009, which will be held at Chiba University of Commerce in Japan for the period of August 25 through 29. The core discussion program will be August 26 through 28 including a day of preparation. We will pay for the cost of two way tickets in the form of a specially discounted ticket between Hanoi and Tokyo through Kansai International Airport issued by the Japan Airline Office in Hanoi for the group of five participants of the University of Vietnam. We will not pay any other costs of staying in Japan such as meals and lodging, although we will try to minimize such costs. We expect that the delegates of the University of Vietnam will present speech and visual explanation of invitation of the GPAC 2010 to Vietnam at the end of the academic session of the GPAC 2009, namely, in the evening of August 28.
