Sub: Invitation for participation of your NGO in the event - “Hum Honge Kamyab” organized by SWANS. Respected Sir/Ma’am Greetings from Social Welfare Association of Neo Socialites (SWANS). SWANS is a registered Volunteers Association of students and professionals from different institutes and corporate, striving to build a concerning and humane society, and a cohesive and strong nation. SWANS has adopted a strategy of encouraging masses towards social volunteerism and giving them due recognition and status in society. SWANS organizes its members in common interest groups and links them for volunteering with associate NGOs, CSR projects and also within the group, rewarding them with Social Credits. We are pleased to inform that we are again organizing HUM HONGE KAMYAB, a Talent Hunt for underprivileged children, from 26th December 2014 to 28th December 2014. The event aims at inviting children from underprivileged communities in Bhopal, and give them a platform to showcase their talent. The following are the event details: o o o o o o o o o o o o o o o

Participation in the competitions will be through NGOs. Children will be divided into 2 age groups 5 to 9 years and 9+ to 14 years. Competitions will be for Dance (Classical, Western, Folk), Music (Vocal and Instrumental), Mono Acting, Rangoli, Mehendi, Painting (T-shirt, Face, Mug), Clay modeling, Best out of Waste, Extempore speaking, Story Telling. Each NGO will send a max of 4 children for each competition, in each age group. A child can participate in max 2 competitions. Only solo participations will be allowed. Performances should not use fire, arms, etc or leading to any injury to self or others. Physically challenged participants will be allowed without any bias or relaxation. Each participant will be given 3 minutes (in Selection round) and 5 minutes (in Finals, if selected) to manifest his/her talent. Performances for Selection round and Finals have to be different. On Day 1 and Day 2, NGOs will be given Time slots for participation by their children. Day 1: Selection of Finalists (Age 5 to 9). Day 2: Selection of Finalists (Age 9+ to 14). Day 3: (Morning) Finals for Age 5 to 9 years; (Afternoon) Finals for Age 9+ to 14 years. Certificates will be given to all participants, medals to finalists and Trophies to Awardees. VENUE WILL BE INFORMED LATER.

Your participation in this event will give children of your NGO, and communities you serve, a memorable experience, and achievable dreams. Please confirm your participation by 30th November 2014, and details in the attached form by 15th December, 2014. Yours sincerely
